The Stainless steel tray is designedto be used with up to 2-3kg of lump wood charcoal. Please note that larger amounts of charcoal may generate excessive heat that may cause the tray to warp.

The rotisserie barbecue set includes large skewers for souvla and small skewers for souvlaki kebabs.
