The Four Saucemen whole Peppercorns have been lovingly smoked by our good friend Craig Leathley (SmoknComrades) in Taranaki. Craig uses hand selected sustainably sourced Pohutukawa and his home built smoker to give you an authentic NZ product and flavour aroma unique to our national Christmas tree. Ground on to your favourite meals, any meat, fried eggs, you name it. Anything that you would normally use pepper this will add a touch of smoke.
