Plowboys Yardbird Rub was developed for competition circuit, yet is equally at home in the backyard. A savory, balanced rub with sweetness on the front end, the addition of chili peppers delivers a subtle hint of heat on the finish. Created for chicken, the balance of this rub makes it an excellent choice for pork, as well.

Ingredients:salt, sugar, spices including chili pepper, paprika, dehydrated garlic and onion, celery seed,mustardseed, disodium inosinate and guanylate, not more than 2% calcium stearate added to prevent caking.
