The T40 built in gas flow timer, shuts off the gas supply no more than one hour! T40 commercial grill combines a one hour gas flow timer, twin 20,000 btu burners, 434 square inches of commercial grade stainless cooking grids, electronic (AA battery powered) ignition, and a WIDE VARIETY OF MOUNTING OPTIONS, including a 48 in-ground post, an aluminum post and weather proof base, and a large pedestal (available in stainless or powder coated black) with an all-cast aluminum patio base. The T40 also comes standard with two stainless steel folding side shelves.Since 1966, AEI has prided itself in providing No Compromise Products and No Compromise Warranties.
