The Brass Knuckles Smash Burger Press is designed to deliver consistent, hard presses that create crispy edges and maximum flavour. Cut from 6 mm thick steel and TIG welded for strength and clean finish, it has the weight and balance needed to do the job right, whether youre cooking on a hot plate, griddle, or flat-top insert.

Available in two weight options to suit different cooking styles:

• 1 kg great for controlled presses and everyday use
• 1.82 kg extra weight for aggressive smashes and faster crust formation

At 150 mm in diameter, its sized perfectly for smash patties without overhang. Use it straight out of the box, or customise it with your own finish many pitmasters season, rust, or seal it with a high-temp clear coat over time.
