Our Garlic Grilling Glaze & Marinade is a combination of garlic, rich brown sugar and cracked pepper blended with sweet soy. Punch up the garlic flavor by marinating uncooked proteins for 4 to 24 hours. Or try it as a glaze by brushing it on lightly seasoned proteins during each turn in the grilling process.
