The Fire Magic Echelon Flush-Mounted Stainless Electric Warming Drawer features sealed stainless double walled construction, and is specifically designed for placement under the grill. It has a maximum temperature setting of 230 degrees to keep your food at just the right temperature. It also features sealed double walled construction, a sliding humidity control knob and moisture cup to allow to keep food either moist or crisp. It comes with stainless steel mounts and a magnetic latch for secure closure.
