The Drumbecue PRO is the barbecue being used by all professionals.The Drumbecue Original Charcoal BBQ is the leading oil drum barbecue. The multi-functional barbecue can be used as a pan cooker (indirect), grilling and searing (direct), as well as low and slow (smoking). Recommended for professionals and catering or restaurants. Additionally, the Drumbecue PRO comes equipped with 5mm heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grills, a Competition thermostat, and the Drumbecue pull-out firebox.Besides, the Drumbecue pull-out firebox gives the user complete access to the charcoal without having to open the main lid. This prevents the barbecue from losing heat or smoke when topping up with charcoal and allows for continued use if used for a service or a long low and slow cook.Also, it has the firebox made from durable thick steel.The PRO model comes complete with a Drumbecue side resting table and also an 8mm compression eyelet for digital probes. It also has an air damper on the left side to allow the control of air intake from either side of the unit.The Drumbecues design means that assembly is not required to operate the barbecue. It also comes complete with safety catch hinges, charcoal pull-out draw, and a lock-in system to make the Drumbecue the ultimate barbecuing machine.
