Overview:

This product has been designed to keep ribs off the bottom of the roasting pan and steaming in their own juices or other flavored liquids. The foil rib roaster can be used as a stand alone item, or as liners for the Cast Rib Roaster to keep it clean while in use to allow ribs to cook completely and stay moist in far less time. This set contains two liners.
