A visually stunning mix of five colourful beetroot varieties, Rainbow Beet brings bold colour, sweet flavour, and versatility to your garden and plate. With contrasting skins, flesh, stems, and leaves, this mix is perfect for harvesting as baby beets or full-sized roots.

Delicious hot or cold, cooked, pickled, or even raw, these beets add colour and crunch to salads. The tender stems and leaves can also be steamed and eaten like spinach or chard.

Direct sow outdoors in sunny, fertile, well-drained soil. Sow 1cm deep, rows 30cm apart. Thin seedlings to 57cm apart once established.
