Description

This 36-inch dual fuel gas range from Hestan has a 5.8 cu. ft. total oven capacity and 5 sealed burners. Its cast-iron grates provide a continuous uninterrupted and maximized cooking surface for best-in-class coverage. The oven's interior is a porcelain enameled oven cavity for even heat distribution. It also has a high-performance dual-ow burner system that allows for significant turndown capability from high Btu performance (23,000 Btu/hour Front Burners) to low continuous simmer (500 Btu/hour All Burners).
