• If you are using a portable or tabletop ElectriChef grill, place it in the desired location before plugging it in. Do not move the grill after it has been plugged in and heated.
• Allow the grill to heat to the desired temperature before placing food on the cooking surface.
• The ElectriChef grill heats evenly and has no hot spots, so there is no need to move food around for even cooking.
• As with any extremely hot surface, keep children away while the grill is in use.

• Clean stainless steel surfaces using a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner.
• Grilling grids can be cleaned by placing them directly in the dishwasher or by soaking them in hot water with a strong dish detergent to loosen buildup.
• Clean digital display pads using a glass cleaner or an all-purpose cleaner.
