Description

The Caterers Delight trailer comes equipped with a mounted PR60 Pig Roaster and a BBQ42 Chicken Cooker. The Pig Roaster is ideal for smoking whole hogs, brisket, pork butts, and more, while the BBQ42, with its double-sided grates, makes cooking chicken for a crowd both enjoyable and efficient. You can also raise the fire for grilling steaks, hamburgers, and other favorites.

This unit is powered by charcoal or wood and includes the BBQ42 in its standard configuration, positioned at the rear of the trailer. For an alternate layout, such as placing the BBQ42 and Pig Roaster side by side, an additional 10% will be added to the base price.
