Nordic Ware's Oven Bacon Pan allows grease to drain away and hot air to circulate underneath so there's no need for turning the bacon. This pan allows you to cook flat, evenly cooked bacon without the mess.

Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash in warm soapy water. Extended soaking of rack in water is not recommended.Use a soft-bristled nylon or plastic scrub brush to clean your pan and rack. Dishwasher use is not recommended and may discolor the aluminum base pan, but will not affect cooking performance. Metal utensils and scouring pads will scratch both the pan and rack and are not recommended.
