Thisexciting Argentinian BBQ offers the versatility of adjusting the grill height to control the cooking temperature in addition to collecting the fats and juices from the meats. These liquids can then be used to re-baste the meat, resulting in a more delicious, steak house quality meat. The other added benefit is reduced flare ups.

This model is designed to locate into a brick surround whereby the legs can be fixed to the floor for stability. This model also gives you the option to add an ember maker either to the left or the right side of the grill (ideally to the left as its a little inconvenient burning logs under the handle).

Whilst a rotisserie can be added, it can only be used when the grill is at least half way up due to to the brackets for the ember maker.
