The True STG2R-2G-HC two-section reach-in refrigerator includes six PVC-coated shelves to store product. It is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, which resist corrosion and dents. For mobility, 5-inch-diameter castors are in place and have a front set that locks to secure the unit in place. Its doors are made of double-pane, low-e glass, and metal handles offer a comfortable grip when opening. Bolt locks protect contents and LED lights brighten the interior, making contents easy to find.

The True STG2R-2G-HC two-section refrigerator uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is more eco-friendly than traditional options. The cabinet body is filled with a polyurethane foam called Ecomate. Its refrigeration system is top mounted, so it stays away from the food zone and floor debris. The user can easily set the temperature using the electronic controls, and the temperature is digitally displayed on the outside in Fahrenheit or Celsius.

The compressors fan motor in this unit operates with a self-cleaning function that lowers energy consumption, keeps stored items as cold as possible, and lengthens the lifespan of the refrigerator. Each time the compressor cycles on, the fan directs air in reverse for 20 seconds to clean the condenser coil, removing any built-up dust, dirt, or debris. This feature is intended to be paired with regular preventative system maintenance.
