Use & Care Instructions

Before First Use

• Remove all packaging and labels.

• Wash in warm, soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly.

Cooking & Handling

• Always use oven gloves when handling hot stoneware.

• When grilling, ensure at least 6.5 cm (2 inches) clearance between the heat source and the top of the product.

• Never place frozen stoneware in a preheated oven. Instead, place it in a cold oven and let both heat together.

• Avoid setting oven temperatures above 205C (400F) when reheating food from room temperature.

• To add liquid during cooking, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly first.

Cleaning

• Let the dish cool before washing.

• Remove food residue with a soft cloth or sponge.

• For stubborn bits, soak with warm, soapy water for 1520 minutes before cleaning.
